Shoreham Project

Description
From the initial advice and design through to planning and installation, this entire flat refurbishment was managed seamlessly from start to finish, with the client’s requirements at the heart of every decision.
The project has completely transformed a dated flat into a modern, sophisticated living space.
Key updates included the installation of a full Howdens kitchen and a brand-new bathroom.
MF false ceilings were fitted in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway to accommodate new spotlights and extractor fan ducting.
New oak internal doors and ironmongery were installed, complemented by replacement satin glass above the doors.
All original Artex ceilings were over-skimmed to create a smooth finish.
The electrical installation was fully upgraded, including a new consumer unit, spotlights, a motion sensor for the bathroom mirror, plinth lights, replacement sockets and faceplates, and additional sockets throughout.
Original lino was removed to make way for new Karndean LVT flooring throughout the property.
Outdated built-in wardrobes were replaced with larger, modern IKEA units. The project was completed with a full redecoration, resulting in a truly modern and special home.
